"My general experience with online…"
My general experience with online ordering on Mango was good to very good. I thought of sharing my last Mango experience with you.
I was doing some shopping online and i chose 4 items in my basket. After reviewing the basket, there remained only 2 items to buy. So I payed for them by card and after the payment process, a window appeared to me thanking me for the purchase of all 4 items i had initially put in my basket. Of course there was also a bigger sum of money that flew to mango, from my credit card. I got really furious with this error and the next day i called to mango customer service.
I was advised to refuse the parcel when it would arrive, because if i would have received it and return the 2 items that were in the parcel by mistake (Mango site error) I had to pay the transportation tax, that is not refundable. It is a big cost for me, from Eastern Europe to Mango's german warehouse. So this is what i did. I refused the parcel. It was a long process, meanwhile i did 2 or 3 more phone calls to mango customer service, because they didn't send me any email regarding the whole process and i wanted to make sure i would receive the refund ( finally i received one email for me to reply with the parcel return receipt). Still, the people i spoke to-Mango's employees- were very nice and I thank them for the help. I received the money after 27 days after the purchase was made.
I don't know if I will ever try yo purchase anything from Mango online, since this site error happened, but overall the story had a happy ending.

"All good"
Ordered two tops in November. Arrived pretty quickly. Unfortunately they both weren't quite right for me, so sent them back. The return process was pretty straightforward and received my refund in good time.

"Highly recommend!"
I have been purchasing clothes, accessories and shoes in Mango for the last ten years, both, in shops across Europe and online too and never been disappointed. Mango is much better quality than Zara and their products look more expensive and luxury than you actually pay for it. I can only recommend highly this brand.

"My order was fine. I am satisfied"
Ordered early saturday morning, shipment of order arrived by DHL(which I would not prefer if I had choice). Was hesistent, and scared bc of DHL tracking. But order came and to my liking, products like more than I thought. I got sale items and I think I good some good deals and for the brand, it was on clearance sale so I was able to grab some goodies. Overall had a good experience. One shirt was oversized, which was surprizing, since I ordered multiple shirts in the same size. But I called customer service and was assisted by staff to my satisfaction and will be returning it to them via post.

Hi, i would like to ask about complain. i bought 2 coats in february 2016, but quality is terrible, i wear it only about 3 months. i would like to complain that, i wrote to mango shop, but they give me any information about complaing. what to do ? thanks for information or advice.

Mango launched a sale yesterday on their south african site. when we all logged. everyone clicked away and checked out, got the confirmation of the order. but then info started leaking that mango spain hq made a mistake on their side. with no feedback and public apology from mango clothing, the next day all south african female mango clothing consumers received a mail: "we are contacting you with regard to your order ****** placed in our mango.com, online store. we regret to inform you that your order could not be processed and that we had to cancel it. we advise you to check all the details provided when you placed your order and to try and place the order again at mango.com. we apologise for any inconvenience caused." this is the worst response for the mistake made on their part. the consumer was not aware of the mistake, even worst they were never informed about the mistake. it was live on the site for over 5hours! no info banners to let us know it's a mistake, no emails after we received our confirmation mails. if we had to the option to reply to their embarrassing cancellation mail, we would all probably say that we are actually happy with the info provided and we are happy with the order, and that they should be go ahead and fulfill the order. they gave no reason for cancelling the order and implicated that the consumer is to blame.
